Games you play and the words you enter are stored. If another player in your game shares the game, other people will see your name and the answers you gave in that game.

Chat messages sent via Prolific are stored temporarily.

Your IP address and information about the browser you are using may be stored. In exceptional cases, this data is used to find and ban persistent cheaters or abusive users from using Prolific.

Prolific does not store or use any other information about you. We don't sell or rent your data. In summary, we don't use any of the information collected for any purpose other than allowing you to play Prolific.
